Utilize national average costs, easily adjust costs to your area, create custom costbooks, or modify current item costs to track and manage quotes from your local vendors and suppliers. And, quickly update estimate templates when costs change in the Items Database.

We delivered a complete Change Order Management system that enables you to create Change Orders in your estimates; utilize status options such as Pending, Accepted, or Rejected for real-time project costs; and automatically launch proposals, reports, and contracts for your vendors and clients.

We delivered an expanded options set that enables you to filter invoices for work completed by Category, Category/Subcategory combination, or Retainage; take advantage of Progress Invoicing; and designate if you would like to include Markup in the invoice. And now, Purchase Orders launched from your UDA Estimate can now be filtered by Category, Category/Subcategory combination, Resource, and/or Classification.

We delivered more than just AIA G702 and G703 documents - we developed a fully integrated system that links your construction estimates and QuickBooks Invoices to an Application for Payment system that automatically generates payment information ready to be printed on AIA G702 and G703 forms.
