We delivered a customizable Items Database pre-loaded with over 23,000 items and 38,000 quotes from the Craftsman Costbook for Residential Construction and (in Pro versions and above) the Craftsman Costbook for Commercial Construction. Utilize national average costs, easily adjust costs to your area, create custom costbooks, or modify current item costs to track and manage quotes from your local vendors and suppliers. And, quickly update estimate templates when costs change in the Items Database.

You requested better handling of change orders in estimating.
We delivered a complete Change Order Management system that enables you to create Change Orders in your estimates; utilize status options such as Pending, Accepted, or Rejected for real-time project costs; and automatically launch proposals, reports, and contracts for your vendors and clients.

You requested markup for individual items in the estimate.
We delivered a classification-based Line Item Markup system that enables you to assign percentages for Labor, Materials, Subcontractor, Equipment, and Other, so all you have to do is assign classifications in your construction estimate and let ConstructionSuite™ do the rest.

You requested a way to view estimate information for multiple projects.
We delivered advanced reporting that brings together data across the ConstructionSuite™ database to put the information you need at your fingertips. With the Aggregate Reporting system in ConstructionSuite Corporate and Network, you can view comprehensive information for all of your developments, including total estimated value for multiple projects, total actual value, and cumulative schedule information.

You requested more options for setting up your QuickBooks Chart of Accounts.
We delivered the most flexible QuickBooks Integration available for small to medium firms, enabling you to select between Expense/Cost of Goods Sold or Construction Work in Progress Account types, set the level of detail for your Chart of Accounts and Items, and easily setup a Revenue Account. As an added bonus, the easy-to-use QuickBooks Integration Setup Wizard takes you through every step, making it easy to connect your construction estimates and accounting tasks.

You requested to import information from QuickBooks.
We delivered all new bi-directional integrated features such as the ability to import actual costs from Checks and Bills Paid, advanced Transaction Logging to keep track off the tasks you've performed in QuickBooks, and synchronization between ConstructionSuite™ and QuickBooks contacts.

You requested more flexibility to create QuickBooks Invoices & Purchase Orders.
We delivered an expanded options set that enables you to filter invoices for work completed by Category, Category/Subcategory combination, or Retainage; take advantage of Progress Invoicing; and designate if you would like to include Markup in the invoice. And now, Purchase Orders launched from your UDA Estimate can now be filtered by Category, Category/Subcategory combination, Resource, and/or Classification.

You requested AIA G702 and G703 documents.
We delivered more than just AIA G702 and G703 documents - we developed a fully integrated system that links your construction estimates and QuickBooks Invoices to an Application for Payment system that automatically generates payment information ready to be printed on AIA G702 and G703 forms. Quickly generate payment applications from multiple QuickBooks invoices, keep a running total from previous project applications, and track retainages on work completed and materials stored.

You requested an easier way to do takeoffs.
We delivered the new Dimensions feature that makes it easy to set up dimensions by project type and then quickly repurpose dimensions as quantities in your construction estimate. Plus, advanced integration with Cadsoft Envisioneer means that you can automatically generate a complete estimate from your Cadsoft rendering in just a few minutes (available in ConstructionSuite™ Premier and above).

You requested tighter integration between Estimating and Scheduling.
We delivered additional synchronization options that give you total control over what information gets transferred and which application has priority in case of conflicting information. And, since data from your construction estimates and schedules dynamically save to the ConstructionSuite™ database, you can take advantage of the multi-project Cash Flow Reporting in Corporate or Network versions to project your company's financial outlook.

You requested a calendar view for your schedule.
We delivered the all new Integrated Calendar which brings together all of your project schedules and business Activities into one sleek and streamlined format. Not only can you manage multiple project schedules more easily, but you can also take advantage of multiple views - Monthly, Weekly, Daily, or List View, and filter the calendar to see only what you need.

You requested a place to enter the name of your subcontractors in your schedules.
We delivered the new Resource Allocation, which connects the breakthrough technology of ConstructionNet CRM to your construction schedules. With Resource Allocation, you can assign subcontractors or teams to tasks within your schedules, filter Work Orders and other reports by resource, avoid costly errors such as double-booking your people, and limit your financial liability with automatic notifications for expired Insurance, Licenses, or Bonds (requires ConstructionSuite™ Premier and above).

You requested more control over your scheduling reminders.
We delivered an advanced reminder system for your construction schedules and business activities that gives you preset and custom reminder options and enables you to link reminders with the breakthrough technology of ConstructionNet™ CRM to automatically email reminders to vendors, subcontractors, clients, and more.

You requested more flexibility in creating spec books.
We delivered a completely overhauled Specifications Wizard that enables you to begin with one of three pre-defined specifications set (depending on version), and then easily select and edit specs to meet your project needs. And, you can now save your Specifications Wizard selections to load the next time begin working on a similar project.

You requested more organization for your business and management processes.
We delivered Workflow Management, which gives you an active outline of all the steps you and your team need to complete from the time you assemble a bid package all the way through the final inspection; Activities and To Do Lists to ensure that you get everything completed on time, and advanced synchronizations between ConstructionSuite, Outlook, and QuickBooks ensure that you have access to the information you need, when you need it.

We delivered the new Insurance Tracking system that enables you to enter, track, and manage multiple certificates for Insurance, Licenses, and Bonds, so you can rest easy knowing that your workers are always properly covered. With advanced notifications and integration with UDA Scheduling and QuickBooks, you'll also be notified when scheduling or paying a resource who has an expired certificate stored in ConstructionSuite™.
